🎵 What is a CardSlap?
CardSlap is a personalised musical birthday card featuring a custom song written and recorded just for the person you’re celebrating. When they open the card, it plays a completely original track based on the details you share — name, age, hobbies, funny stories, whatever you want!
✍️ How do I personalise a card?
After you place your order, you’ll be prompted to tell us about the person the card is for.
We’ll ask for:
•Their name and age
•Key facts and funny stories
•Hobbies, interests, quirks
•Who the card is from
•(Optional) Preferred music style
The more detail you give us, the better the song will be!
⏱️ How long does it take to make?
We usually write, record and produce your song within 1–2 working days.
Cards ordered before 2PM (Mon–Fri) are shipped the same day via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
🔊 What’s the sound quality like?
Each song is professionally produced using studio-grade equipment. We don’t use voice notes or quick demos — this is proper production with clear vocals, catchy melodies, and clean mastering.
📮 How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually takes 2–3 working days.
You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
We we do, but an additional shipping fee applies becuase of weight and theres a battery inside the card, so shipping costs a little extra.
📦 What’s inside the card?
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.
The inside message is simple and classic — we leave the personalisation to the music!
There’s no printed name or message on the card itself. The surprise comes when they open it and hear a song all about them.
💬 Can I approve the song before it’s sent?
Due to the fast turnaround and custom nature of each order, we don’t offer previews or edits. But don’t worry — we put care into every single song and tailor it exactly to the info you provide.
🔁 Can I return a personalised card?
Because each card is custom-made, we can’t accept returns unless the card arrives damaged or the song doesn’t play.
